Iron Ax Parts Return Policy
All returns must receive prior authorization from Iron Ax before being shipped back.
Approved returns must be unused, complete, undamaged, and in resalable condition. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking and handling fee of up to 25%.
Original shipping and freight charges are nonrefundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping and freight.
Modified, special-order, custom-manufactured, and non-stock items are subject to return approval and may not be eligible for return.
Items shipped incorrectly by Iron Ax or items determined to be defective will be handled separately and are not subject to the standard restocking policy.
